PRINTING ACROBAT TO PS0

print to file <file>.ps
ppps <file>.ps

1) print ODD pages in REVERSE order
2) put pages back into printer with printed (odd) facing UP
2) put pages back into printer:
     - If total number of pages is odd remove the last odd page
     - put printed side (odd side) facing UP
     - put top of page towards you - bottom of page goes to back of printer
     - the last odd page should be showing face up with the other pages
           underneath
3) print EVEN pages in REVERSE order
