The ceremony was beautiful. It even flowed fairly smoothly. The way the
church is set up, anybody standing in the doorway is backlit by the sun. Let
me just say that it's a pretty amazing feeling to see the giant doors swing
open to show your soon-to-be wife standing there with her father with the
sunlight blazing in around them.
Jenn's father did a good job with our reading, and Father LaBelle had a
great homily. He talked about people being nervous (he claimed the
groomspeople were the most nervous at this wedding) and that they should be,
as this is a big step that we're taking. That with all the business
and badness in the world, we're taking time out to say that there are still
good things, too, like love.
We've heard that the part that got to most people was when Jenn had to
pause to find her voice to say her vows after I said mine. We're sure the
video was edited, because that pause was much longer in real life 
.
We even got the rings on the right fingers and everything.
