TiniHttpServer is available from Smart Software Consulting. Simply go to the URL shown here to get TiniHttpServer 1.0:

Make sure that you have all of the required items listed on the System Requirements page.
Most previous versions are no longer available because they are for older versions of TINI OS which should no longer be used.
TiniHttpServer 0.12 is still available, however, because some Dallas Semiconductor sample applications are designed to work with the older build method included in that version. However, even if you are using one of those sample applications, you are strongly encouraged to use the version shown at the top of this page.
