She then married Frank B. Smith.2  Note: it is not certain that Anna and Frank B. Smith were formally/legally married.  

Anna E. Forster died Nov 7 1907, Wesley Hospital, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois; buried Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery, 2755 West 111th St., Chicago, Illinois.2,3,9  

Anna was killed from a gunshot wound from her husband, who claimed he accidentally dropped his revolver on the floor when it discharged.2  See newspaper article below.
