Francis Earl Forster died Jul 1 1962, Roseland Community Hospital, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois; 7:50 P.M.4,6,8

Frank died from uremia due to kidney failure ("nephritis", "nephrolithiasis"), "moderate coronary atherosclerosis", peptic ulcer.  He had been having back pain for about a year prior to his death and had been seeing a quak chiropractor who treated him with massages.  After almost a year with no results, he finally saw a real doctor who admitted him to the hospital as the back pain was being caused by kidney disease (which is what was causing the uremia).  This long period of quasi-medical mismanagement, combined with his own lack of care of himself (he was malnurished) ultimately killed him.  He had been depressed ever since his divorce.6,8,9

Frank's obituary was published in the "Chicago Tribune" (Chicago, Illinois) on July 2, 196210 (see scan below).
