In lieu of flowers family requests donations to the Lakewood Baptist Church Memorial Fund, 14321 Detroit Ave., Lakewood, OH 44107. Memorial service 11am Saturday Dec. 14, 2007 at Lakewood Baptist Church with receptioon to follow.
