Monroe [unclear], Hartford City, Indiana.  He declared his nearest relative was Thomas Donahue of the same address.  He was recorded as medium height, medium build, gray eyes, black hair.e

Josephine and Michael apparently divorced.  Michael was shown in the 1920 census (Jan 2 1920), living with (or staying with) his brother Thomas in Hartford, Blackford County, Indiana:g
