Patricia's obituary was published in "The Times Recorder" (Zanesville, Ohio) on Wednesday, June 26, 1974:³

Brown CALDWELL -- Mrs. Patricia A. Brown, 27, of Columbus, formerly of Caldwell, died at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday in Mount Carmel Hospital at Columbus.  She had been ill for several years.   Mrs. Brown was born April 12, 1947, in Columbus, a daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Jones Hinshaw of Worthington, formerly New Concord residents.   She was a member of First Christian Church and Amazon Chapter No. 30, OES, both of Caldwell.   Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her husband, Francis; her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Carl Jones of Louisville, Ky.; a brother, George K. Hinshaw of Worthington; three sisters, Mrs. Debra Flippo of Richmond, Va., Nrs. Gail Figgens of West Lafayette and Miss Michelle Hinshaw of Worthington.   The body was taken to McVay Funeral Home here where services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday.  Burial will be in Hoskinsville Cemetery.  Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. today.
