Born Mar 30 1956, Seattle, King County, Washington.2,3
Lee grew up in Seattle, in Belmont and Carlsbad, California, in Weiser, Idaho, and graduated from High School in Golden Colorado in 1974.3
Lee spent 21 and a half years in the Air Force, serving in California (twice), Alaska, Korea (twice), Georgia, Virginia, England and Texas. He spent 4 months at Taif, Saudi Arabia during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He retired in 1995 as a Senior Master Sergeant (E-8).3
He married Kee J. Cha, 1982.3 Kee is from Seoul, Korea.3
In 1999 Lee received a BA (Summa Cum Laude) in Liberal Studies (Elementary Education) from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio, Texas.3
Lee taught elementary school for four months before entering federal civil service at Lackland Air Force Base, where he still works (2003).3
