At Wabash MM on 4-10-1869, Hannah Ann Hinshaw was granted a certificate to White River MM, Indiana.1  

At White River MM on 5-1-1869, Hannah Ann Hinshaw was received on a certificate from Wabash MM.6  

She married Robert M. Horner, Jun 11 1870, Randolph County, Indiana.4,7,8,9  Robert, son of Joseph Horner & Christena Stevens, was born Apr - 1846, Indiana.3,5,10,11,12,13

Adella Emma Horner, born Nov 6 1870, Randolph County, Indiana; died Jan 10 1940, Randolph County, Indiana; buried Mount Zion Cemetery, Winchester, Indiana; married William Harvey Shockney (children: Everett Charles, Leland, and Bertha J. Shockney). 14

Columbus K., age 19, born in Indiana; works on farm; attended school.
Quin M. A., age 7, born in Indiana.
Horner, Robt, age 23, born in Indiana; $200 personal property.
Horner, Hannah A., age 18, born in North Carolina.
Platte, Martin, age 24, born in Indiana.
Living two houses away in 1870 was the family of Tilnias Hinshaw,18 possibly Hannah's father.19  

Hannah and Robert were doubly-enumerated in the 1870 census, for some reason shown again (Aug 22 1870) in the household of Robert's parents,19 Winchester P.O., Greensfork Township, Randolph County, Indiana:3

Horner, Joseph, age 50, born in Indiana; farmer; $1200 real estate; $400 personal property; cannot read or write.
Horner, Christena, age 52, born in Indiana; keeps house.
Branson, age 16, born in Indiana; attended school.
Horner, Robt, age 24, born in Indiana; farmer; $150 personal property.
Hannah A., age 18, born in Indiana; keeps house.
Rebecca J., age 4, born in Indiana.

At White River MM on 8-5-1871, Hannah Ann Horner, formerly Hinshaw, Jericho Meeting, was complained of for her marriage contrary to discipline.  She offered acknowledgement6 and (apparently) was retained in membership.  

Hannah and family were shown in the 1880 census (Jun 10 1880), Greensfork Township, Randolph County, Indiana:5

Horner, Robert W., age 34, born in Indiana; parents born in Indiana; laborer.
Horner, Hannah, wife, age 29, born in Indiana; parents born in North Carolina; keeping house.
Horner, Emma J., daughter, age 9, born in Indiana; parents born in Indiana; attended school.
Horner, George J., son, age 4, born in Indiana; parents born in Indiana.
Horner, William R., son, age 1, born in Indiana; parents born in Indiana.

Hannah Ann Hinshaw died Oct 18 1886, Randolph County, Indiana; buried Jericho Cemetery, Winchester, Randolph County, Indiana.4  (Apr - 1881, buried Cedar Gove, Franklin County, Indiana).9,20  

Hannah's obituary was published as follows (as excerpted):9

HORNER Hannah, d. at Richmond IN w/o Robert M Married 6/11/1870 former Hannah Ann Hinshaw Bur Cedar Grove Cem.  d. 4/1881

Widower Robert was shown in the 1900 census (Jun 13 1900), staying as a boarder in the household of a George W. & Mallisa A. Platt in Greensfork Township, Randolph County, Indiana:11

Horner, Robert, boarder, age 54, born Apr 1846 in Indiana; parents born in Indiana; widower; occupation: day laborer.

Robert died 1917, buried Snow Hill Cemetery, Washington Township, Randolph County, Indiana.10
