Born Feb 4 1889, Bear Creek, Searcy County, Arkansas.1,2,3,4  (Feb - 1890).5  (c1888).6  

He married Jewel M. Horton, Jun 13 1915, Searcy County, Arkansas.1,6  Jewel was born about 1902, Arkansas.1  

On Jun 5 1917 Martin Algerd Hincher, age 28, registered for the World War I draft in Sulfur Springs, Searcy County, Arkansas.  He declared he was born February 4 1889 in Bear Creek, Arkansas, and was then still residing in Bear Creek where he was a self-employed farmer with a dependent wife.  He was recorded as tall, slender, blue eyes, light hair, and "one eye gone".2
