At Cherry Grove MM on 11-9-1889, Tully and sister Williametta were received in membership.9  

He married Grace Belle Moyer, Dec 25 1902, Randolph County, Indiana.6,9  Grace was born 1886, Ohio.12,13,14  

Tully and family were shown in the 1910 census (Apr 20 1910), Union Street, Winchester, Randolph County, Indiana:1

Hinshaw, Tully I., head-of-household, age 28, born in Indiana; parents born in Indiana; first marriage, married 8 years; occupation: retail merchant, groceries; owned home (mortgaged).
Hinshaw, Grace B., wife, age 24, born in Indiana; parents born in Indiana; first marriage, married 8 years; 2 children, 2 living.
Hinshaw, Ava, daughter, age 7, born in Indiana; parents born in Indiana; attended school.
Hinshaw, John W., son, age 4, born in Indiana; parents born in Indiana.

On Sep 12 1918 Tully Ivenhoe Hinshaw, age 36, registered for the World War I draft in Winchester, Randolph County, Indiana.  He declared he was born July 20, 1882 and he was then residing in Winchester where he was a self-employed farmer.  He declared his nearest relative was Grace Hinshaw of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana.  He was recorded as tall, slender, blue eyes, light hair.8  

At Cherry Grove MM on 5-14-1919, Tully J. was granted a certificate to White River MM, Indiana - "refused by White River MM" (??).9  

At White River MM on 7-5-1919, Tully was received on a certificate from Cherry Grove MM.9  

At Cherry Grove MM on 5-8-1920, Tully J. was again granted a certificate to White River MM.9  

At White River MM on 8-4-1923, Tully was dropped from membership.9  

Tully and Grace seem to have separated or divorced.15  Grace was shown in the 1940 census (Apr 22 1940), living in the household of son Walter, Harrison Township, Darke County, Ohio:14

Hinshaw, Grace B., mother, age 54, born in Ohio; completed 8th grade; on Apr 1 1935 was living in rural Preble County, Ohio.
Grace died Aug 16 1966, Wayne Hospital, Greenville, Darke County, Ohio; age 80.6,12,13,16  

Tully and son John Walter were shown in the 1920 census (Feb 7 1920), Washington Township, Randolph County, Indiana:3

Tully was shown in the 1940 census (Apr 22 1940), Wayne Township, Wayne County, Indiana:11

Hinshaw, Tully, head-of-household, age 58, born in Indiana; completed 7th grade; on Apr 1 1935 was living in rural Dark [sic] County, Ohio; owned farm ($900 value); occupation: farmer.
Clark, Henley, lodger, age 73, born in Indiana; completed 3rd grade; on Apr 1 1935 was living in rural Dark [sic] County, Ohio; single; occupation: farmer.

On Apr 27 1942 Tully Ivanhoe Hinshaw, age 59, registered for the World War II draft in Greenville, Darke County, Ohio.  He declared he was born July 20 1882 in Randolph County, Indiana, and was then residing on Hollansburg R.R.1, Harrison, Darke County, Ohio.  Under "employer" he declared "not working. Sick 4 yrs".  He declared his relative/contact as his son, Walter Hinshaw of the same address.  He was recorded as 5'10" tall, 160 lbs., blue eyes, gray hair, light complexion, and "abdominal scar".7  

Tully Ivanhoe Hinshaw died Dec 5 1942, southwest of Hollansburg, Darke County, Ohio; age 60.6,12,13,16,17  

Tully's obituary was published in the Union City Times-Gazette on Monday, December 7, 1942:17

Tully Hinshaw rites today.  

Tully Hinshaw, 60, died at 4 a. m. Saturday at the home of his son, Walter Hinshaw, 1 1/2 miles southwest of Hollansburg, Ohio where he had been making his home for the past eight years.  He was a retired farmer and former resident of Randolph county.  

Survivors are the son at whose home he died; one sister, Mrs. Ethel Hiatt of Morgantown; one brother, Orville Hinshaw of Lynn, and one grandson.  

The body was returned to the son's home Sunday where short funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 1:45 p. m. (EWT) followed by services at the Buena Vista church at 2 p. m. (CWT).  Rev. Don Jennings of near Whitewater will officiate.  Burial will be in the Buena Vista cemetery.
