Epsie Hinshaw died Sep 24 2015, age 93.6

Epsie Hinshaw Bird, age 93, of Huntsville, died on Thursday September 24, 2015.  Mrs. Bird was a member of Riverton Holiness Church, where she served the Lord for 79 years.  She is preceded in death by her husband, J. C. Bird; her daughter, Cathy Bird; her parents, Emmett and Nannie Jacks Hinshaw; her brothers, Lawson, Lester, and Ray Hinshaw; and her sisters, Mary Long and Dean Young.  Mrs. Bird is survived by her son, Donald Bird and wife Nancy; her grandsons, Joe and Douglas Bird; her sisters, Opal Craig, Bertie Stapler, and Fay Lohenitz; and many nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be on Sunday September 27, 2015 at 11 am in the chapel of Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville with Bro. William Cantrell and Bro. Shannon Byrd officiating.  Burial will follow in Green Valley Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Saturday September 26th from 5pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
