Ruth Hinshaw Pearson
Funeral services for Ms. Ruth Hinshaw Pearson, age 86, of Bell Buckle, will be held 10 a.m., Monday, December 12, 2011 at Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Dr. Marvin "Buddy" Knooce officiating. Burial to follow in the Hazel Cemetery.
Ms. Pearson passed away Friday night, December 9, 2011 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center.
A native of Francisco, AL, she was the daughter of the late Jim Thomas Hinshaw and Corinna Greene Hinshaw. She was retired from Norris Hosiery Mill and a member of Bell Buckle Church of Christ.
Along with her parents, Ms. Pearson was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, William Wilson Pearson in 1982.
Ms. Pearson is survived by son, Gary (Lynnie) Pearson of Bell Buckle; brother, Ray (Nadine) Hinshaw of Belvidere, TN; brother in-law, Brian (Peggy) Bomar of Knoxville, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Bell Buckle Church of Christ.
Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 3-7 p.m. at Doak-Howell Funeral Home, 931-684-5011
