OLD RESIDENT
SUCCUMBS AT 75
Russell Hinshaw, 75, a resident of Bingham township for 65 years, died Saturday morning in Munson hospital following a brief illness. The body was taken to the Martinson funeral Home.
Born October 21, 1871, Mr. Hinshaw left Indiana to come to Michigan at the age of 10. He was married to Lucy Core December 1895, and they lived in a farm near Bingham for 41 years.
Mr. Hinshaw is survived by three sons, William, now living in California; Oscar of Traverse City, and George of Cedar. This six daughters who survive him are Mrs. Howard Reinke, Suttons Bay; Mrs. Edwin Sandborn, Traverse City; Mrs. Lola Lewis, Charlevoix; Mrs. Lester Boone of Grayling; Mrs. Donovan Lee and Mrs. Raymond Grossier, Suttons Bay. He is also survived by three sisters, Mrs. William Adsit, Traverse City; Mrs. Lola Stillwell, Chicago, and Mrs. Ethel Crosby, Canton Ohio.
No Funeral arrangements have been made.
