This is presumably the Miss Alice Hinshaw mentioned on page 3 of the Hinshaw book,1 having emigrated in 1768 with William Hinshaw.  

The Cane Creek MM women's records shows an entry for 11-4-1769:2

"Alice Hinshaw received on a certificate from Six Weeks Meeting, Grange, near Charlemount, Ireland, dated 3-13-1768".
Note this certificate date is the same as that of William & Absolem.  

Alice Hinshaw died 9-25-1786.2,3
