He married Agnes Faith Stalsworth, May 29 1932, Grainger County, Tennessee.1,10 Agnes Faith Stalsworth, daughter of Charles Ossil Stalsworth & Elizabeth (Collins) Stepp, was born Aug 15 1914, Indian Ridge, Grainger County, Tennessee.11,12 Wayne and Agnes were first cousins once removed.
Wayne Hinshaw died Mar 22 1935, buried Indian Ridge Baptist Church Cemetry, Blaine, Grainger County, Tennessee.7,9
After Wayne died, Agnes remarried to Clayton Thomas Fennell, by whom she had five children.2 She divorced him in 1949, moved to Indiana, then remarried on Dec 30 1949 to Clarence Rusk,2,13 by whom she had two more children.2
Agnes Faith Stalsworth died Mar 25 1997, Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana.12,14
