He married Agnes Faith Stalsworth, May 29 1932, Grainger County, Tennessee.^1,10  Agnes Faith Stalsworth, daughter of Charles Ossil Stalsworth & Elizabeth (Collins) Stepp, was born Aug 15 1914, Indian Ridge, Grainger County, Tennessee.^11,12  Wayne and Agnes were first cousins once removed.  

Wayne Hinshaw died Mar 22 1935, buried Indian Ridge Baptist Church Cemetry, Blaine, Grainger County, Tennessee.^7,9  

After Wayne died, Agnes remarried to Clayton Thomas Fennell, by whom she had five children.²  She divorced him in 1949, moved to Indiana, then remarried on Dec 30 1949 to Clarence Rusk,^2,13 by whom she had two more children.²  

Agnes Faith Stalsworth died Mar 25 1997, Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana.^12,14
