Hanshew, Glenne V, daughter, age 5, born in West Virginia; parents born in West Virginia.
Hanshew, Mary G, daughter, age 3 years 5 months, born in West Virginia; parents born in West Virginia.
Hanshew, John E, son, age 10 months, born in West Virginia; parents born in West Virginia.
Living next door in 1930 were John's parents and family.10

John E. Hanshew died Jan 22 1946, Danese, Fayette County, West Virginia; age 43y 8d.7,8  John commited suicide by gunshot.7  

Jessie died Mar 13 1992, at her home, Danese, Fayette County, West Virginia; age 84.9  

Jessie's obituary was published in the "Charleston Gazette" (Charleston, West Virginia) on March 14, 1992:9

MRS. JESSIE MAE HANSHEW, 84, OF Danese, Fayette County, died March 13, 1992, at home after a short illness.  She was a lifelong resident of Danese and attended Zickafoose Memorial Church, Danese.  Surviving: daughters, Glenna V. Hanshew of Beckley, Mary Mollohan of Parkersburg, Vera Mae Adkins at home; sons, Opie H. and Gerald D., both of Danese.  Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Zickafoose Memorial Church with the Rev. Daniel Legg officiating.  Entombment will be in Wallace Memorial Mausoleum, Clintonville.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Wallace-Wallace Funeral Home.
