HENSHAW -- On Wednesday morning Oct 29, Freddie, youngest son of William W. and C. Ophelia Henshaw, aged 3 years and 10 months. Funeral will take place on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the residence of his parents, # 230 Adelphi st, between DeKalb and Lafayette ave.
