Joseph D. Hancher

PINEY FLATS -- Joseph Denver Hancher, 55, died at 11:15 a.m. Sunday at his home following a long illness.  

He was a farmer and member of the Faith Lutheran Church.  

Survivors include three sisters, Miss Virginia Hancher, Piney Flats, Mrs. May Jones, Bluff City, Mrs. Kate Poe, Bakerville, Calif., several nieces and nephews.  

Funeral arrangements will be announced later by Akard Funeral Home.

Apparently unmarried.
