Born May 2 1895, Sciola, Montgomery County, Iowa.1,2,3,4,5,6,7  

During WWI, Forrest served as a Corporal in F. Sig. Bn., Brighton.8  On Jun 5 1917, Forrest G. Hinshaw, age 22, registered for the WWI draft in Adams County, Colorado.  He declared his residence as Brighton, Colorado and his occupation as bank clerk, First National Bank, Brighton, Colorado.  He was recorded as single, tall, slender, blue eyes, light hair.7  

Forrest married, then divorced.3  

In 1929 Forrest was a bookkeeper living with his parents at 707 South 1st Ave., Phoenix, Arizona.3  

Forrest Glenn Hinshaw died Oct 23 1929, at his home, Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona; age 34.1,2,3  Medical: Forrest died from pulmonary tuberculosis.3
