Nina H. Cook Born November 14, 1952. Passed away the morning of February 18, 2004 with her family by her side. She is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Eugene L. Cook Jr., and their beloved dogs, Brit, Sara and Daisy. Preceded in death by her parents, Austin and Carolyn Hinshaw. Devoted sister to Nancy Esposito, sister-in-law to Rich Esposito and Marty and Denise Brown. Daughter-in-law to Eugene and Carol Cook, loving aunt to Beth, Laura, Danny and Chris and a great friend to many. Nina fought long and hard in her battle against the cancer that finally overcame her. She will be missed by all whose lives she touched. Thank you to all who provided love and support to Nina and her family during this time and we ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Susan Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, P.O. Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265-0309. Private services will be held.
