Drowns While Fishing
LLANO, Feb. 11. (AP) -- Cecil Henshaw, 36, a soldier stationed at Fort Hood, drowned yesterday in the Upper Inks Lake after the boat in which he was fishing overturned.
Henshaw's wife and mother-in-law, both of Lampasas, managed to swim ashore, and a second man held onto the boat until rescuers could arrive.
