On Aug 8 1838 John was deported from England to Australia as a convict on the ship "Lord Lyndoch".^a,b    Ticket of Leave, 1843.^c

He married Margaret Egan, Feb 14 1856, Dingo Creek, N.S.W.^c,a    (Margaret Aigan)^a    Margaret was born in 1835.^a    (England or Ireland).^a

John Henshaw died Apr 23 1861, Australia; buried Wingham N.S.W. Cemetery.^a,c

Margaret died Aug 3 1916, Australia.^a
