He married Eliza -4 [Elvira E. -5].  Eliza was born about 1811, Vermont.4  (c1809, New York).5

Eliza Henshaw, age 39, born in Vermont.

On July 24 [1890 or 1893 or 1895 - unclear], Sarah A. Henshaw applied for a pension as an widow of Jacob S. Henshaw, veteran of Richardson's Independent Co., New York Infantry.13
