Woodrow Hanshaw Woodrow Emmett Hanshaw, 53, of 1922 West Washington St., was dead on arrival Saturday at the Memorial Division of CAMC after a short illness.   He was a painting contractor and a life-long resident of Charleston.  Mr. Hanshaw was a World War II veteran.   Surviving: wife, Mary Kathleen; son, Woodrow Franklin, Keith Allen, Ricky Lynn, all of Charleston, Harvey Lee of South Charleston, Kenneth R. of Cross Lanes, James Arnold, Jody Glenn, Glenn Junior, all at home, Timmy Wayne of North Carolina daughter, Mrs. Mary Regina Casto of Red House; brothers, Lamont, Audry, both of Charleston, Alfred and Ernest, both of Eleanor, Don of Hometown; 8 grandchildren.   Friends may call after 7 p.m. today at Long-Fisher Funeral Home.
