John R. Henshaw May 14, 1961 - Dec. 19, 2005 Funeral services for John Richard "Rick" Henshaw, 44, of Warner Robins, Ga., will be held Thursday, Dec. 22, at 11 a.m. at Ivey Funeral Home Chapel with his father, the Rev. W.E. Henshaw, and the Rev. Marty Brock officiating.   A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, at Parkway Memorial Gardens in Warner Robins.   The family will receive visitors tonight from 6 to 8 at Ivey Funeral Home.   Online visitors may sign the guest register at www.iveyfuneral.com.   Mr. Henshaw died Dec. 19, 2005, at Portsbridge Hospice in Macon.  He was born in Elwood City, Ind., and was a former manager of Po Folks Restaurant in Columbus, Ga.  He was also owner of The Brake Stop in Phenix City, Ala.  He attended the Church of God.   Survivors include three sons, Stephen Lee Henshaw of Warner Robins, John Richard Henshaw II of Douglas, Ga., and Jameson Henshaw of Panama City, Fla.; two daughters, Kara Danielle Henshaw of Douglas and Jenna Leah Henshaw of Panama City, Fla.; his parents, the Rev. and Mrs. W.E. Henshaw of Bainbridge; and a brother, James Michael Henshaw of Cairo.   Ivey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
