HAZEL HINSHAW ROSS
PLEASANT GARDEN - Hazel Hinshaw Ross, age 93, died Saturday, February 26, 2005, at Moses Cone Extended Care.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11a.m. on Tuesday at Pleasant Garden United Methodist Church by Dr. Steve Martin. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Ross was a native of Randolph County. She was a member of Pleasant Garden United Methodist Church and was retired from Prago Guyes. She was preceded in death by her husband, T. Clay Ross, and her brothers, Earl C. Hinshaw, Ed Hinshaw, and Clarence Hinshaw.
She is survived by her daughters, Frieda Chin and her husband Ric of Pleasant Garden, Anita Spainhour of Greensboro, Phyllis Whitesell and her husband John of Pleasant Garden, Emily Rodenhi and her husband Bill of Los Osos, Calif.; brothers, J. Rez Hinshaw of Charlotte and C. Howard Hinshaw of Liberty, eight grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and two step-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Loflin Funeral Home of Liberty.
