In the 1850 Federal Census of McLean County, Illinois, Delila was listed as still living at home with her parents at age 29.8  

She married Eli Hollingsworth, Jan - 1858, Randolph County, Indiana.1,3,4,5  Eli, son of Levi Hollingsworth & Mary Harry5,7,9,10,11, was born Apr 12 18075,7,9,10,11 [about 181012], Flushing, Ohio5,7,9,10,11 [Virginia12].  

This was Eli's third marriage - he had previously married Elizabeth Ellis (children: John/Jonathan Hollingsworth, Oct 20 1837, Isaac Hollingsworth, Anne Hollingsworth);5,7 then to Tabitha Thomas,5 Jul 14 1839, Randolph County, Indiana.4,13,14  

Delilah and family were shown in the 1860 census (Jun 26 1860), Jackson Township, Howard County, Indiana:10

J. Hollingsworth, age 52, born in Ohio; farmer; $800 real estate; $200 personal property.
Delilah Hollingsworth, age 40, born in North Carolina.
Levi Hollingsworth, age 18; farmer.
Avey Hollingsworth, age 2.
Jonathan Ellis, age 32; farmer.

Pipe Creek MM, at the Monthly Meeting of Women Friends held at Pipe Creek on 8-3-1861, recorded:15

Eli Hollingsworth and Delilah his wife request to be joined in membership with friends Sarah Arnold, Jemima Reynolds, and Hannah Edgerton, are appointed in conjunction with a like committee of men friends to have an opportunity with them and endeavour to judge whether their request be sincere and report their judgement thereof to next meeting.

Pipe Creek MM, at the Monthly Meeting of Women Friends held at Sugar Creek on 9-7-1861, recorded:15

The committee appointed to visit Eli Hollingsworth and Delilah his wife on account of their request to be joined in membership with friends report that a part of them had an opportunity with them to some satisfaction but thought it would be best to extend further care the committee is continued with the exception of Hannah Edgerton, and Priscilla Hedgecock is appointed they are to extend further care and report to next meeting.
At Amboy / Pipe Creek MM on 10-3-1861 Eli & Delilah Hollingsworth were received by request.7  Pipe Creek MM, at the Monthly Meeting of Women Friends held at Pipe Creek on 10-3-1861, recorded:15
The committee continued and appointed last meeting to extend further care in case of the request of Eli Hollingsworth and Delilah his wife, report that they have attended to the appointment and are free that their request be granted with which the meeting unites and receives them accordingly.  Sarah Canaday and Eliza Stanley are appointed in conjunction with a like committee of men friends to inform them thereof and report to next meeting.

Delila Hinshaw died Jul 15 18767 [Jul 16 18766]; buried Pipe Creek Cemetery, Converse, Miami County, Indiana7.  

Eli and son were shown in the 1880 census (Jun 16 1880), Jackson Township, Miami County, Indiana:11

Hollingsworth, Eli, age 73, born in Ohio; parents born in Pennsylvania; widower; unoccupied.
Hollingsworth, Levi, son, age 38, born in Indiana; father born in Ohio; mother born in North Carolina; single; farming.

Eli died Jun 26 1882, Converse, Miami County, Indiana; buried Pipe Creek Cemetery, Converse, Miami County, Indiana.5,9
