Teresa C. Hinshaw Sorrell, age 50, New Castle resident, passed away Monday December 7, 2015 at her residence. She was born April 16, 1965 in Martinsville, Indiana, a daughter of William and Betty Wilkinson Hinshaw. She had resided in New Castle most of her life, and had worked in Nursing at The Waters of New Castle and also had worked for Long John Silvers Restaurant. She loved family activities, children, animals, and adored her pet dog "Daisy". She also enjoyed automobile racing of any type.
Left to cherish her loving memory include: her Husband; Jeffrey Sorrell, whom she married August 4, 1989, Son; Joshua Alan Hiatt of Muncie, Indiana, Father William "Bill" Hinshaw (Bridgette) of New Castle, Mother; Betty Wilkinson Hinshaw (Brandy) of New Castle, one Sister; Carol McGlothlin (Dave) of New Castle, Mother-in-law; Carolyn Sorrell of New Castle, Niece; Brooke Riddle (Jason) of New Castle, Special Friend; Jody Roberts of New Castle, Several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins, several; Special Nieces and Nephews; Destiny, Makyla, Miley, Layton, Alexis, Breanna, Kailey, Tiffy, Austin, Gage, Mayanna, and Emily.
She was preceded in death by: one Sister; Kelly Hinshaw, one Brother; Scott Hinshaw, Nephew; Daniel McGlothlin, Father-in-law; Bart Sorrell, also several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Macer-Hall Funeral Directors are honored to conduct the services for Mrs. Sorrell.
Funeral service will be held at 8:00 P.M. Saturday December 12, 2015 at Macer-Hall Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Pastor Bill Palmer officiating.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Saturday December 12, 2015 at the Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at a later date at Batson Cemetery.
