Star Lee (Watson) Hinshaw
HINSHAW, STAR LEE (WATSON) - age 54, went to be with our Lord on Monday January 8, 2007. Her passing was very unexpected. She was of the Methodist faith. She was preceded in death by her father Jack B. Watson and mother Juanita Shephard Watson and loving grandparents Dave and Grace Watson. She left behind her loving husband of 34 years, Benjamin (Bo) Hinshaw and her three children; son Jack Walter Hinshaw and son Dustin Shephard Hinshaw, both of Knoxville, TN and daughter Crystal Bonita Hinshaw and fiancé David Karg of Durham, N.C.; two grandchildren whom she loved and cared for very much, Christopher Jackson Hinshaw and Jermiah Cole Hinshaw; aunt Dorothy S. (Dot) Weaver; uncle Don Shepherd and several cousins and friends. There will be a celebration of life service on Thursday at 7:00 pm at Gentry-Griffey Chapel with Rev. Steve Hutchison officiating. Family and friends will meet at Highland Memorial Cemetery at 10:45 am Friday for an 11:00 am Interment service. Family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Thursday at Gentry-Griffey Chapel.
