Laura, daughter of Rimbertle/Rim Bud/Byrd/Birdie/Byrdie Adams & Etta Jane Adams, was born Feb 26 1923, King William County, Virginia.11,13 Laura was the sister of Nettie Vivian Adams who married Leroy's brother Luther, and Edmond Samuel Adams who married Leroy's first cousin Susie Henshaw.
Laura died May 2 2003.11,14

Leroy Henshaw
Leroy Henshaw, 85, of Richmond died March 11, 2004. He was preceded in death by his wife, Laura A. Henshaw; and two children, Herman Henshaw and Mabel May. He is survived by five children, Mildred Mills and her husband, Clifford; Joyce Shaffer and her husband, Harold, William Henshaw and his wife, Ida, Betty Kendrick and her husband, Jimmy, and Roy Henshaw; 13 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. His family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Bliley Funeral Homes' Staples Mill Chapel, 8510 Staples Mill Rd., where services will be held 12 noon Monday. Interment Signal Hill Memorial Park.
