He declared he was born June 29 1894 in Union Deposit, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, and was then residing at 2530 Garrett Ave., Baltimore, Maryland, employed by the Bethlehem Steel Company in Sparrows Point, Maryland. He declared his relative/contact was "Mis gean" Hanshue of the same address. He was recorded as 5'6" tall, 155 lbs., blue eyes, gray hair, light complexion.4
In 1976 Clarence was living in/near Baltimore, Maryland.5
