She married William Norton11,12,13,14,15 [William J. Norton16,17,18, William W. Norton19], May 5 185011,12,13,14,15, Randolph County, Indiana11,12,13,14,15. William, son of William Norton & Elizabeth Snead, was born Nov 11 1826, Randolph County, Indiana.19,20,21
This Norton family was apparently very friendly with the Hinshaws. The following Norton siblings married Hinshaws:19
William W. Norton married Margaret Hinshaw in 1850.
At Newberry MM on 2-16-1852, Margaret Norton (formerly Hinshaw) was disowned for her "marriage out of unity".10
