He married Grace Alverta Nickol, Jun 12 1923, York, York County, Pennsylvania.1  Grace, daughter of Edward Nickol & Claudie Anna Fried, was born Dec 13 1899, York, York County, Pennsylvania.1  

On Mar 1 1939 Fred Henshaw, age 50, of 3306 N. Hancock St., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was issued at certificate of naturalization at the U.S. District Court in Philadelphia.6  

On Apr 27 1942 Fred Henshaw, age 54, registered for the World War II draft in Butler County, Pennsylvania.  He declared he was born Sep 5 1888 in Lancashire, England, and was then residing at 3306 N. Hancock St., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  He declared his relative/contact was Grace Henshaw of the same address.  He was recorded as 5'7" tall, 150 lbs., gray eyes, blonde hair, light complexion.7  

Grace died Mar 21 1980, Philadelphia, Phidelphia County, Pennsylvania.1
