Two separate marriage license applications were recorded for Lewis & Daisy; the first on Sep 10 1957 shows no date of issued license and no date of marriage,9 so it appears that no marriage actually took place in 1957; the second application was on Jun 24 1958, with a license issued Jun 27 1958, and the marriage performed on Jun 28 1958.8
In 1969 Lewis moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana,1 where his sister Leona had moved in 1967.1
