SILER CITY - Glenna Hinshaw Blair, 81, of 510 N. Third Ave., died Tuesday, May 30, 2000, at Westwood Health & Rehabilitation Care, Archdale.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. James Wall officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
She was a native of Alamance County, the widow of K. Edward Blair, a retired beautician, a former Sunday school teacher and a member of the Barrow Mission Group at her church, and a member of Eastern Star and American Legion Auxiliary.
Surviving are son, W. Edward Blair of Trinity; brothers, George Hinshaw of Silk Hope, Zim Hinshaw of Asheboro; sister, Bernice Hinshaw of Siler City; two granddaughters.
The family will be at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home, Siler City, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 314 N. 2nd Ave., Siler City, N.C. 27344.
