Treva C. Hinshaw LIBERTY - Treva Carlene (Red) Hinshaw, 75, of Liberty, died Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2000, at Moses Cone Extended Care Center in Greensboro.   Graveside service will be 3 p.m. Friday at Fairview Cemetery in Liberty, with the Rev. Bill Bigham officiating.   She was a native of Randolph County.   There will be no visitation.   Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Randolph Inc., P.0. Box 9, Asheboro, N.C. 27204-0009.   Loflin Funeral Home, Liberty, is in charge of the arrangements.
