James Allen Henshaw James Allen Henshaw, 63, of Avenue, Maryland died Monday, May 21, 2001 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Leonard Town, Md.   He was a retired Chief Petty Officer, and was preceded in death by a son, Nathan Henshaw.   Survivors include his wife Jean; one daughter, Kristy Timmons of Carlisle, Ind.; one son, Matt Henshaw of Carlisle; three sisters, Charlotte Collins of Hopkinsville, Ky., Bettye Jetton of Mayfield, Ky., and Sondra Baird of Morganfield; one brother, William T. Henshaw of Birmingham, Ala.; and two grandchildren.   Following cremation, a graveside service will be held at a later date.  A memorial service was held Friday, May 25 at the Henshaw Christian Church.   Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Henshaw Christian Church building fund.
