MORGANTOWN, April 30 (AP) -- Five hundred and sixty students will receive degrees at the sixty-third annual commencement at West Virginia university which will be held Monday, June 2 in the mammoth field house on the campus.    This is an increase of 84 over last year and sets a record for the number of students to be graduated at one time from the university.
