The following article was published in the "Union City Times-Gazette" (Union City, Randolph County, Indiana) on Saturday, December 30, 1939:11
Millie Campbell Will is Probated in Court Friday.
The will of Millie Campbell, of Winchester route 4, who died December 23, was probated in Randolph circuit court yesterday, the husband, John Campbell, being made sole beneficiary.
The will which was executed October 9, 1939, with Waldo Hickman, of Winchester route 4, and Kenneth C. Hinshaw, of Union City, as witnessess, provides for the following bequests in the event of the husband's prior death:
Three-sixteenths each to Campbell Richardson of Fergus, Redmond Richardson of Stratford and John Richarsdson of Ungnon, all in Ontario, Canada; two-sixteenths each to Dora Stack of Washington, N. C., and Corie Anthony of Greensburg, N. C.; and one-sixteenth each to Winifred Morgan of Converse, Emmet Rhoades of Marion and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hiatt of Winchester route 4.
Mitchell A. Hinshaw, of Winchester route 3, was nominated as executor.

Mitchell Armenius Hinshaw died Oct 31 1961, buried Fountain Park Cemetery, south Main Street, Winchester, White River Township, Randolph County, Indiana.12 Mitchell and Maude are buried in the same plot in Fountain Park Cemetery together with his parents and son-in-law James Earl Bales.12
