Ella was a pioneer teacher in the one-room county schools around Goldendale, Washington.8  

She married Eli Homer Lee1,3,9 [Elias Homer Lee10, Homer Lee4], Mar 19 18961,3,9, Goldendale, Klickitat County, Washington1,3,9.  Eli Homer Lee, son of Jonathan Lee & Sallie Crye5, was born Feb - 18665 [18607, about 18656], Tennessee5.  Ella and E. Homer Lee were 5th cousins (his grandmother was Sarah Hinshaw).
