Mary Jane Dodge HALSTEAD - Mary Jane Dodge, 87, died March 8, 2002, at Memorial Home, Moundridge.  She was born Jan. 5, 1915, at Halstead, the daughter of Orris L. and Mary Margaret Bousser Hinshaw.  A resident of Moundridge since 1998, moving from Halstead, she was an insurance clerk for Hertzler Clinic, Halstead.  She belonged to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the Altar Society, the Legion of Mary, Halstead Historical Society, American Legion Post No. 231 Auxiliary, and to the Halstead Cemetery Association.  On Aug. 27, 1943, she married Robert J. Dodge at Florida.  He died May 20, 1965.  Survivors include: a stepson, Robert Dodge, Florida; a step-daughter, Barbara Davis, Brookings, Ore.; and two sisters, Sara Suenram, Enterprise, and Rita Masters, Tulsa, Okla.  She was preceded in death by two sisters, Elizabeth Evans and Joan Getty.  Rosary service will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Halstead, with Father Thomas Wai presiding.  Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Halstead, with Father Thomas Wai presiding.  Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today, with the family receiving friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m., at Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead.  Burial will be in Halstead Cemetery, Halstead.  Memorials may be sent to the church, in care of the funeral home.

MOUNDRIDGE -- Mary Jane Dodge, 87, Moundridge, formerly of Halstead, died Friday, March 8, 2002.  

Mrs. Dodge was born Mary Jane Hinshaw on Jan. 5, 1915, at Halstead.  She was an insurance clerk for Hertzler Clinic, Halstead.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J., in 1965.  

Survivors include a stepson, Robert Dodge of Florida; a stepdaughter, Barbara Davis of Brookings, Ore.; two sisters, Sara Suenram of Enterprise and Rita Masters of Tulsa, Okla.  

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Halstead.  Burial will be in Halstead Cemetery.  

A rosary will be said at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.  

Memorials may be made to the church in care of Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead.  

Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today.
