Elizabeth M. Hinshaw Evans of Westminster, an administrative dietitian, died June 24. She was 78. A memorial service was June 28 at Holy Trinity Church. She was born May 27, 1916, in Halstead, Kan. On June 25, 1946, she married Alvin G. Evans in Halstead. She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Joan E. Evans Hartman, Lincoln, Neb.; a son, Jeff, Longmont; and three sisters, Sara Suenram, Enterprise, Kan., Mary Jane Dodge, Halstead, and Rita Masters, Tulsa, Okla.
