Consulting engineer of 14 Wall St., New York City.  Educated at a private school, Brooklyn; Montreal High School; Bishop's College, Montreal, specializing in chemistry and engineering.3  

He married Isabel Jeanette Hamilton, Jun - 1906, New York, New York.3  

Employed on the survey of the St. Lawrence River, 1886.  Member of the firm of Downes & Henshaw, Providence, R.I., consulting engineers, 1895-97.3  Vice-president, Eastern Power & Light Corp.; Vice-president, Colonial Power & Light Co.3  

Frederick was Episcopalian.3  

On Nov 25 1919, Frederick arrived in New York City (apparently alone) on the ship S.S. Mauretania, having departed from Southampton, England:1

Frederick Valdemar Henshaw died Mar 23 1941.4
