On Apr 27 1942 Roscoe Henshaw, age 55, registered for the World War II draft in Saline County, Illinois.  He declared he was born Sept. 13, 1886 in Saline County, Illinois, and was then residing in Harrisburg Township in Saline County; self-employed.  He declared his relative/contact was James Henshaw of Harrisburg.  He was recorded as having gray eyes, gray hair, light complexion.6  

Julia died 1958, buried Reids Chapel Cemetery, Saline County, Illinois.12  

He then married Mabel -.8  

Roscoe Henshaw died May 3 1965, buried Reids Chapel Cemetery, Saline County, Illinois.8,13
