Charles died Nov 2 1953, Shulte, Kansas.¹⁶⁶    Charles was killed in an automobile accident at MacArthur Road & K-42 in Shulte, Kansas.    It is believed that he suffered some sort of serious health attack just prior to entering the intersection.¹⁶⁶
