Frances I. Hinshaw died Oct 27 1988, Caylor Nickel Medical Center, Bluffton, Wells County, Indiana; age 73.4,6  

Frances' obituary was published in "The Bluffton News-Banner" (Bluffton, Indiana) on October 27, 1988:4

Mrs. Francis I. Williams, 73, of Petroleum, died of heart failure 27 Oct 1988 at Caylor Nickel Medical Center.  She had been ill for several years.  Born in Richmond 02 Aug 1915, she was the daughter of Earl and Clarice Rosey Hinshaw.  Her marriage to Donald R. Williams, who survives, took place in Wells Co. 06 Sep 1936.  Mrs. Williams attended the United Methodist church at Petroleum.  

Survivors in addition to the husband, are four daughters, Mrs. Ray (Helen) Cale of rural Poneto, Nancy williams [sic] of Irvine, CA, and Mrs. Galen (Joan) Gray and Mrs Barry (Becky) Penrod, both of rural Keystone; four sons, Ted Williams of rural Keystone, Thomas Williams and Michael Williams both of rural Bluffton, and Jeff Williams of Petroleum.  Two brothers, Bud Hinshaw of Houston, TX, and Donald Hinshaw of rural Bluffton; one sister, Mrs. William (Doris) Dale of Hagerstown; 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, also survive.  Burial was in the Stahl Cemetery.

Donald died Feb 20 2000, at his home, 3523 E. 900 South, Petroleum, Wells County, Indiana; age 87.6  

Donald's obituary was published in "The Bluffton News-Banner" (Bluffton, Indiana) about February 21, 2000:5

Donald R. Williams, 87, died suddenly at his residence, 3523 E. 900 South, Petroleum.  Mr. williams [sic] has served as a member of the first school board of the Southern Wells Community Schools following a consolidation.  A lifelong resident and farmer of Wells County, he was born December 28, 1912 to Samuel and Gertrude Montgomery Williams.  His marriage Sept. 6, 1936 was to Frances I. Hinshaw, who died Oct 27, 1988.  

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Ray (Helen) Cale of Poneto, Nancy Williams of Irvine, Calif., Mrs. Galen (Joan) Gray of Keystone and Mrs. Barry (Becky) Penrod of Keystone; three sons, Ted of Keystone, Michael of Hartford City, Jeff of Montpelier, two sisters, Wilma Williams of Bluffton and Mrs. Eugene (Rose Ann) Bower of Keystone; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, and four step great-grandchldren.  A son, Thomas, died in 1992.  Burial was in Stahl Cemetery.
