HIT BY CAR Keith Ray Henshaw [sic], Port Washington Route 2, was slightly injured when he was bumped by a car on County Road 14 Saturday evening.   According to sheriff's deputies Henshaw [sic] was standing at the side of the road, waving his arms as if signaling for Lemon Henry Staten, 48, also of Port Washington Route 2, to stop his vehicle.   Hanshaw stepped out in front of the car and Staten swerved left to avoid hitting him.  Hanshaw was struck by the bumber deputies reported.
