Also living in Carterville in 1900 was Absalom Hinshaw #4412,3 as well as the family of Nathan Hinshaw,4 and Ralph Henshaw #5557.5
Mary (who from this census data is assumed to have been Elbert's wife)6 was shown in the 1900 census (Jun 9 1900) living with her parents in Gasconade Township, Laclede County, Missouri:2
